The good thing about music channels is that they are dedicated to getting the artists and there music out there, they also advertise new albums that are released and let people no about new artists that isn't really recognized, however it costs an artist a lot of money to get there video put on live stream TV. Also some music channels you have to be subscribed to in order to view there music videos meaning some people might not have money to watch that channel meaning not many people view it.

Downloads legal/illegal
The good thing about downloads is that you can watch them, over and over again you can also transfer them to iPod and DVDs to watch them else where, however there are illegal downloads such as leaked torrents which means every time a person downloads it, it means that the artist is losing money because every one is downloading it for free and is sharing it about.

Mainstream TV
The good thing about mainstream tv is that its free to view so for instance, people don't have to subscribe to use the channel or pay any excess fees, the bad side to it is that people who don't have access to TV wont be able to view there video or hear about the artist.

Social media
The good thing about social media is that it can be accessed around the whole world which means the artist can be more known, another good thing about social media is that websites like Facebook you can share videos meaning more people can talk and hear about them,The bad thing about social media is that it can cost an artist a lot of money advertising on their websites meaning an advert has to invest to make profit aswell.

Direct CD'S/DVDS
The good things about cds is that every one has cd players which means people can listen to the music on the cd player another good thing is that it is very portable which means it can be taken anywhere, however the bad thing abot cds is that they can become easily scratched meaning they cant be listened to again, which means you have to take good care with them.

Streaming Websites
The good thing about streaming websites is that, it can be viewed by any one who has access to the internet, the bad thing about streaming websites is that people who don't have internet wont be able to hear about a new artist or the new song this means its a specif part of the Marget which means the artist has to no his target market and his audience.
